☀️ 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐢𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐭, 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐧! ☀️

Join us this summer for our Schoolwide Playdates at the Willow Ridge Elementary playground! It's a great opportunity for students and families to connect, make new friends, and enjoy some summer fun together.

📅 Playdate Dates:
🛝 June 26th at 11:00 AM
🛝 July 15th at 6:00 PM
🛝 August 4th at 6:00 PM

⏰ Playdates last approximately 90 minutes, and all students must be accompanied by at least one adult for the duration.
We hope to see lots of familiar and new faces there as we celebrate summer and build our Willow Ridge community!

As we wrap up another wonderful school year, we want to extend a huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing volunteers who helped make our school events, programs, and activities such a success. Your time, energy, and dedication make a tremendous difference, and we couldn't do it without you!

We would also like to recognize and thank our outgoing PTA officers — Ashley Gilmour, Colleen Lee, and Jessica Buckman — for their years of hard work, leadership, and commitment to our school community. We are incredibly grateful for all they have done and the positive impact they have made.

We are deeply grateful to QDOBA
for Monday’s donation, Delta Center PTO for the thoughtful coffee cart, and Olive Garden
for Tuesday’s generosity in supporting our teachers this week. In the midst of grieving the loss of Mrs. Bedard, your kindness and thoughtfulness meant more than words can express.

It was also so meaningful to walk in on Monday and see hearts with thoughtful messages covering the windows. That simple act of love and support brought comfort to so many and reminded us how deeply this community cares for one another.

During difficult times, small acts of compassion can make an incredible difference. Our staff truly felt cared for, supported, and appreciated through your generosity. Thank you all for standing beside our school community and helping bring a little comfort during such a hard week. ❤️

Hi everyone! After careful thought and consideration by the staff, the school block party will happen as planned tomorrow, Friday, May 8th, from 6–8 PM. Please come relax, enjoy the music, and spend time with our school community.

We will also take a moment to remember Chong Bedard, a beloved teacher who meant so much to so many. Her kindness, dedication, and impact on our students and staff will always be remembered.

We hope to see you there.

We’re so grateful for all our amazing teacher and Staff at Willow Ridge! Today we celebrated with a loaded baked potato bar and fresh salad, because they deserve all the good things (and all the toppings 😉).

A big shoutout to Texas Roadhouse for generously donating the potatoes and helping make today extra special!

Happy Staff Appreciation Week!

We started the week off fueled by coffee, kindness, and the sweetest student notes 💚☕ a HUGE thank you to Toad's LLC for donating coffee for the entire staff!

Our Willow Ridge staff goes above and beyond each day, and we are truly thankful for the passion, patience, and positivity you bring to our school.
