Nebraska State Fair Volunteers

Nebraska State Fair Volunteers Join us as a volunteer for the 2026 Nebraska State Fair; August 28th - September 7th!

Since its move to Grand Island in 2009, the Nebraska State Fair partnered with the Grand Island Area Chamber of Commerce to create the Nebraska State Fair Volunteer Program. The Nebraska State Fair Volunteer Program provides the time and manpower necessary to manage the 11-day event. The Nebraska State Fair Volunteer Program attracts volunteers from across the state to fill positions across the fa

irgrounds. The Nebraska State Fair has around 850 volunteers each year, but more is better as the fair continues to grow each year. If volunteering at the Nebraska State Fair interests you, please visit statefairvolunteer.org closer to the Fair to sign up.
