One of the biggest challenges of this flood, is losing our sense of community. We miss seeing our members, guests, family, and friends within the walls of Post #28! Whether that be for our monthly meetings, a drink on burger night, or to commemorate what we have accomplished for our veterans here at Post #28♥️

You all are surely missed within the building but we are optimistic for our reopening in the near future and however that may look- but for now, here’s a throwback to some of those celebratory moments 🍾

Our building has experienced significant water damage affecting the second floor meeting hall, bathrooms, hallway, and offices. The water damage extends down through the kitchen and main dining hall, as well as the basement.
As a result, we are temporarily closed while cleanup continues, repairs are made, and safety inspections are completed.

It is the safety of our customers that is foremost in our minds and the highest priority. Servpro is working diligently to restore the damage as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and support during this time. We will provide updates on when and how we anticipate to reopen. Please watch our website and social media channels for these updates.

For everyone's safety we are asking all members and guests to stay out of the building. There are several ongoing operations that make the area unsafe. Thank you for your understanding.

We are saddened to inform you all that the Charles A. Conklin American Legion Post #28 will be closed until July 2nd

We had a pipe burst last night which resulted in flooding. Despite this, we are working on making repairs in order to reopen the post as soon as possible!
