The Job Service Devils Lake Workforce Center will be hosting a Resume Building Workshop on July 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

This workshop is designed for job seekers of all ages and backgrounds—students, new graduates, career changers, and individuals re‑entering the workforce. Participants will receive hands‑on guidance to create or improve their resume, learn how to highlight their strengths, and gain practical tips to help them stand out to employers. This will be the first of many workshops we will offer for the job seekers in our community.

Andrea was at the ND State Penitentiary today for Living Life Fully - Class 2! We talked all about brain injury fatigue and energy management.

I missed posting Beth kicking off Week 1 last Friday - she had a great introductory class on Brain Injury Education and Symptom Recognition. Next week, the focus turns to Attention, Memory, and Cognition.

North Dakota’s Peer Support Specialist Certification uniquely recognizes lived experience with brain injury as part of eligibility, something that sets our state apart. We are grateful to have peers across ND who are specifically focused on brain injury peer support, offering understanding, connection, and hope to individuals and families navigating life after brain injury. We’re proud to shine a light on the North Dakota Brain Injury Network and their upcoming events that support education, connection, and community for those affected by brain injury.
