We are currently accepting applications for a civil service Clinical Nurse. This position is located in our outpatient clinic environment, where you will directly support our medical readiness mission.

Duties Include:
✅ Provides comprehensive professional nursing care in a clinic setting through face-to-face encounters or via telecommunications technology.
✅ Performs nursing triage to determine the appropriate level of care.
✅ Assesses and manages acute and episodic healthcare concerns.
✅ Performs procedures such as visual acuity tests, glucose monitoring, wound care, etc.
✅ Utilizes analytical thinking and critical decision-making prior to treatment based on knowledge of effects and current condition of the patient.
✅ Provides pre- and post-procedural education.
✅ Provides health education to patients and/or family members/caregivers.
✅ Provides oversight and mentorship to paraprofessional and newly assigned staff.
