Freedom Fest update!

***Please share, Bobcats!***Due to forecasted thunderstorms this evening, all Bobcat Freedom Fest kids’ activities will be moved inside Brendel Elementary. This event will begin at 5:00 PM. Inflatables will be located in the gym, and t-shirt distribution will be in the cafeteria. GBHS Marching Band, Pom, and Cheer will also be inside at Brendel. We will make an announcement closer to the 6:25 PM start time about the field walk, depending on the weather. Safety first! We hope to see you tonight!

Upper School math utilizing hands on STEAM learning right out of the gate! Students collaborating, being creative, and THINKING, while they "move around some sticks" to solve equations.

Hybrid learning is off to a fast start with a project on Day 1!

In a riveting Science/Math lesson, students made play doh.. On the first day of school!! They helped to measure and stir ingredients. It turned out great and all the kids got to take some home!

Our elementary kids really hit the ground running this year with STEAM Learning. All of our kids participated in a FULL SCHOOL PROJECT. They all read the book "If I Built a School". Then, they met in mixed groups to brainstorm, collaborate, and design their own schools. They finished by presenting their ideas!

What a great way to teach back to school expectations, and really get kids thinking about what school should be, and can be here at Bobcat Innovation.

GBCS buses will be out starting Monday, so please be mindful of our students' safety and follow all applicable traffic laws. 🚓 Thank you to GB City and Twp. Police, who will be watching out for them, as always!

The first day is almost here! All programming starts on Monday!

- In-person students - Monday is a half day! 7:35-11:12
- Elementary Hybrid students - your first in-person day is Tuesday, but your virtual work will start on Monday.
