The Grand Blanc City Firefighters Association is hosting a 5K run/walk to raise money for scholarships benefiting students who seek careers in police, fire or emergency medical services.

Come out to Grand Blanc High School (east campus) one of the new back to the bricks stops and show your support and have a hot dog or two… the hot dogs are $2 each and proceeds benefit the Grand Blanc Firefighters Association. We will be there from 5p-7p!

Upcoming fundraiser for the two officers who were shot on December 21st in the line of duty in the southwest area of Burton. This fundraiser will be held this Saturday, January 1, 2022 at 5:00 pm and is being organized by two of the 911 dispatchers for Genesee County. It was originally slated to be held at Jamison's in Swartz Creek; however, the response to the fundraiser has been so great that they moved the event to the American Legion in Swartz Creek in order to accommodate more people.
