Final Update: Mutual aid crews are clear and Granby Fire Apparatus are back in service as of 9:30am. Squad 1 will remain on scene for some time with investigators.

Update 2: Tankers will be using a hydrant at South Street and New Ludlow Road for water supply. Please use caution in that area.

Update 1: Crews from South Hadley Districts 1&2, Belchertown, Ludlow, Westover, Pelham, Hadley, and Amherst are responding. South Street is closed from East Street to Barton Street.

Did you know that our ambulances respond to over 1,000 calls per year?

This week is national EMS week, and we want to shoutout the amazing EMT’s and Paramedics that work for Granby Fire. Their hard work and dedication is on full display each day as they respond to calls both in and out of town.

EMS is a huge part of the fire service, accounting for the majority of calls we do. It’s because of our members that we’re able to do it successfully.
