There is still time to register for our upcoming youth football program! Granby Rec is excited to partner with the Middle Park HS Football team this summer to offer a youth flag football program for those going into 2nd - 5th grade!

We will meet for 4 consecutive Tuesdays beginning July 7th. The first two Tuesdays we will do drills and learn fundamentals, the final two Tuesdays we will split up into teams and have scrimmage games.

Ages:
2nd-3rd grade, 5:30-6:30pm
4th-5th Grade, 7:00-8:00pm
(you will register for the grade you will be entering 26-27 school year)

Cost: $40 per participant

Location: Middle Park HS turf practice field

Our annual Summer Kickoff Party is only one day away! The Granby Recreation Department and Granby Police Department will be partnering again to bring you our FREE annual Summer Kickoff Party Thursday, June 18th!

This year's party will run from 6:30-8:00pm at the Granby Soccer Dome (245 W. Diamond Ave.)

This is a FREE Event open to the public! The PD will grill food and supply drinks, while the rec department will provide music, games, a bounce house, volleyball and dodgeball! Kona ice will also be available on-site for purchase.

We hope to see you all tomorrow at the Soccer Dome!

Do you have a child interested in learning the fast-growing game of pickleball? Granby Recreation will be offering a one day "Intro to Pickleball" class for those in 3rd-12th grade on August 8th!

Join experienced instructor Bill Weber as he will go over basic fundamentals of the game and have a lot of fun in the process!The classes are two hours long and only $5 to register!

Date: Saturday, August 8th
Times:
3rd -5th Grade, 10am - Noon
6th-12th Grade, Noon-2:00pm
(Grade level should reflect 26-27 school year)
Location: Polhamus Park
Cost: $5 per player

Granby Recreation will supply paddles and balls for the class.

Grand County's first ever FUTURE TOWN event is coming, Sunday June 14th! Join the Rural Health Network and Warm Cookies of the Revolution at Polhamus park for a Grand County INTERdependence celebration: local eats, live music, circus and performing artists, and family fun. FREE event, and ALL are welcome!

Then, join us across the street at the Granby Library for a letter writing experience. Gratitude, appreciation, tough love, and inspired letters for change are all welcome. Live music will power the vibe.
