Today is a day off work for many. As we spend the day relaxing, spending time with loved ones, and adventuring, remember the heroes who made it possible. Wishing you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

This past weekend, Veteran Services hosted a meaningful retreat at Rambling Oaks Ranch. A special thank you to property owner Judy Hull, who generously volunteered her ranch to make this first event possible.

From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning, veterans came together for a time of connection, growth, and camaraderie. Activities included team-building events, fishing, and a great evening grilling steaks. We were also fortunate to have Chris Gutierrez join us for an engaging dog training demonstration.

Most importantly, the weekend provided a safe space for peer service counseling, where participants shared personal experiences and supported one another through conversations about military service.

We are grateful for everyone who participated and helped make this retreat impactful!
