This week marks a milestone not only for these employees, but for Alamance County EMS as a whole.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate the first group of Alamance County EMS employees sponsored through our Paramedic Program as they officially complete paramedic school!

This achievement represents countless hours of studying, clinicals, ride time, exams, early mornings, late nights, and an unwavering commitment to serving our community at the highest level. Their dedication and perseverance have been inspiring to watch, and they have truly earned this accomplishment.

Investing in our own people has always been about more than earning a certification—it’s about building the future of our agency, strengthening patient care, and creating opportunities for our employees to grow professionally.

Congratulations to each of you on this incredible achievement. We couldn’t be more proud of the hard work you’ve put in, and we’re excited to watch you continue to grow as paramedics and leaders within Alamance County EMS.
