After dance class at All Star Kathryn shared her favorite colors are purple & blue. Kathryn said she likes doing crafts with Balance. Kathryn had a very busy birthday that started with PJ Pipers for a birthday breakfast then followed by all day sport activities for what sounds like a busy busy birthday!!

Sometimes, what appears small can help big; greater strength makes routine tasks like walking, climbing stairs, dressing, shopping, and doing laundry much more manageable.

We had so much fun in our first Little Steps class! We sang songs, danced, played with bubbles, and enjoyed time to explore and play together. 💛

It’s Fall!! DSP Paula took her group to Creekside Valley Farm. Goats, bowling, teeter-totter, pumpkins and so much more it’s such a beautiful farm to visit during the Fall Season. 🎃🍁

Did you know today is Mental Health Awareness Day? This year's theme is 'Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change.'

Sometimes the smallest gestures can make the biggest impact; help someone feel heard, seen, and encourage change. In Rodrigo's Art Class, Julie had everyone work on supportive cards for the Paralyzed Vets of America, which her friend Holly delivers to the organization. Such a wonderful way to connect people to people and remind all of us in this world that 'we are not alone' and many of us, in many different ways, have to learn how to adapt, overcome, and modify to fit our own needs.
