Jefferson Township Fire/Ems Department

Jefferson Township Fire/Ems Department JTFD is the nonprofit group of volunteer firefighters, contracted to the township, to provide fire protection and rescue services to the township.

JEMS is the group of EMS professionals employed by the township for EMS services 24/7.

Last week, we were pleased to host several kindergarten classes from Jefferson Elementary School at our station for a tour and educational discussion about a couple of our apparatus and pieces of equipment. We trust that the students found the session both enjoyable and informative. Additionally, we had the opportunity to visit a nearby private school, where we hope the students gained valuable knowledge and appreciated the time spent exploring our apparatus. We extend our gratitude to both the Elementary and the private school for these opportunities!
