Elkhart County Young Democrats We are a group of Young Democrats in Elkhart County, Indiana. The Elkhart County Young Democrats is a chapter of the Indiana Young Democrats.

Indiana Young Democrats (IYD) is the premier youth-led grassroots political organization in the state of Indiana. As the official youth caucus of the Indiana Democratic Party, IYD is a voting member of the Indiana State Central Committee. IYD mobilizes young people between the ages of 18 and 35 to participate in the electoral process, influence elections, promote the ideals of the Democratic Party

and develop the skills of the youth generation to serve as leaders on local, state, and national levels.

Heidi Beidinger, who is running for Indiana House Seat 5, needs our help. Her campaign is hiring paid canvassers to knock doors for her campaign and Heidi would love our Kitchen Cabinet network to be part of that effort. Make some extra cash and help an awesome candidate win!

The ideal is 15+ hours a week (any days of the week, any time of day) but they are flexible to work with your schedule if it is less. Pay is $18/hour and there is an additional $500 win bonus if you are a paid canvasser to help her win, and she wins! It's a triple win scenario -- win (you) + win (Heidi) + win (Northern Indiana).
