Goshen Township Fire & Ems Station 18 Our firehouse is located at 1849 State Route 28 & is open to the public for station tours, fire prevention lectures or just a friendly visit.

Goshen Township Fire Department operates 2 Stations, Station 18 currently operates out of a temporary station on Wood Street and Station 19 is located at 6576 Oakland Road (SR 48). We currently house 3 Engine's, 1 Tender, 3 Brush Trucks, 4 ALS Ambulance's, 2 ALS Chase Car & 4 Chiefs Car

HISTORY OF DEPARTMENT

Goshen Community Volunteer Fire Department was started in 1933 by Francis M.Fagin (Smoke) the department was a private organization until September of 1997 when it was taken over by the Goshen Township Trustees and merged with what was then the Goshen Township Life Squad. Since 1997 the department has operated both fire and EMS services and a combined agency with all personnel working for Goshen Township. Currently there are 19 full-time and approximately 35 part-time employees staffing both stations 24/7/365

We extend our sincere gratitude to our dedicated members and mutual-aid partners for their perseverance in completing this training amidst challenging temperatures exceeding 100 degrees. The Goshen Township Police Department, Clermont County Ohio, is accepting resumes for the position of full‑time certified Police Officer, assigned as the Duty-Officer. This Monday-Friday dayshift front‑desk role provides essential public‑facing and administrative support to departmental operations.

The Duty Officer’s responsibilities include taking police reports from walk‑ins and callers, assisting road patrol and criminal investigations, processing public records requests, and performing a wide range of administrative tasks that support daily police operations.

Experienced police officers preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for a lateral transfer veteran officer or recent law enforcement retiree.

Minimum qualifications include being an OPOTA‑certified peace officer. Retired Ohio officers who need the OPOTA refresher to reactivate their certification are also eligible to apply.

Salary range: $60,641 to $85,073, dependent on law enforcement experience.

Thank you to Hamilton Township, Miami Township, Stonelick Township and Harlan Township for their assistance today on a hot/humid day for a fire.

Goshen Road between Huntley and Stumpy is closed due to a structure fire. Garage is fully involved in fire and several vehicles currently on fire.

Mutual aid responding , please avoid the area.
