🎸 CASTING CALL: Musicians Wanted for Upcoming Music Video 🎤🥁

Hudson Valley musicians, here's your chance to take your talents in front of the camera!

The upcoming music video BLINK is casting performers for several principal roles in a vampire-themed rock project filming June 25–26 in New York City and Jersey City. Production is currently seeking:

🎤 Lead Singer/Guitarist (Male, 18–25)
🎸 Bassist/Vocalist (Female, 18–25)
🥁 Drummer (Age 19–26)

Applicants must be able to play their instruments, and selected cast members should be available for a companion short film scheduled to shoot in early 2027.

Casting closes June 15, so don't wait!

The Academy of Film, Television, Stage and Performing Arts (AFTSPA) is hosting a FREE Meisner Level 1 Acting Workshop on Monday, June 15 at 6 PM in Goshen, NY.

Led by David Patrick Wilson, a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse who studied under Sanford Meisner and William Esper, the workshop will cover acting fundamentals, the Meisner Method, career development, and more, followed by a Q&A.

As film and television production continues to grow across New York and the Hudson Valley, opportunities for local talent are expanding!

The Town of Chester Theater and Film Camps are officially returning this summer, offering young performers and filmmakers the opportunity to learn, create, and collaborate right here in Orange County.

📅 Session 1: July 13–24, 2026
📅 Session 2: August 10–21, 2026
⏰ Monday–Friday | 9 AM–1 PM

Each session will culminate in a special final performance featuring participants from both camps—a showcase of creativity and talent you won't want to miss!

A new TV series filming in the Hudson Valley is searching for homes in the Newburgh and greater Orange County area to use as filming locations.

The production is looking for homes with an authentic 1970s–1980s feel and plenty of original character. Think wood paneling, exposed brick, retro wallpaper, vintage finishes, and spaces that haven't been heavily modernized. 🏡✨
