Let’s help Josh get home to take his kiddos fishing…

On January 22, the City of Gordon’s Utility Chief Josh Nolte suffered an unexpected and life-altering heart attack and stroke.

The Nolte family has felt your prayers as they have trusted that God’s hand is over every step. The road ahead will take time, patience, and continued prayer.

Josh’s income has been a vital part of supporting their household, and with him unable to work, there has been a sudden and significant loss of income. He and his wife Michelle still have two young children at home. As you can imagine there are ongoing household expenses, in addition to the costs of supporting his rehabilitation.

Josh is an avid fisherman and we have chosen a fitting raffle prize to give you an opportunity to contribute to a worthy cause- a Shimano Stradic FM spinning reel and Waterloo Rod Company Salinity extra fast spinning rod from Cabela’s and Yeti Tundra 45 cooler. Tickets are $20 or 6 for $100, and can be purchased at City Hall as well as pop-up locations around the community. 100% of proceeds will go to the family.
