There's still time to be part of the city's Ritmos Y Raices/Rhythm and Roots event. We're looking for artists to create artwork representing each of the countries or territories celebrated during Hispanic Heritage Month. The artwork will be on display at the event and later displayed at Goodyear City Hall through mid-January.
