The Village of Golf Manor, Ohio

The Village of Golf Manor, Ohio A first suburb of Greater Cincinnati, the Village of Golf Manor was incorporated in 1947. Golf Manor’s elected officials are Village residents.

A first suburb of Greater Cincinnati, the Village of Golf Manor was incorporated in 1947, built on an oasis of rich farmland, wild roses and honeysuckle that gave way to streets named after many of the founding families, including Wiehe, Stover, Hammel, Pieper, Kellerman, and Engle (Englewood). Cradling the northwest corner of Losantiville Country Club, Golf Manor was so named because of its proxi

mity to several historic golf courses, including Maketewah , Avon Fields and the former Crest Hills. Just over one-half square mile in size, approximately 3,600 residents call Golf Manor home and enjoy the benefits of our own professional police, fire, emergency medical and service departments. Council members run for election at large and represent the Village as a whole, rather than small wards or districts.

R&B, Jazz & Motown in the Park! Come celebrate with us, 2PM-8PM, this Sunday, September 7th. Golf Manor's annual fall event!
Bring yourself, your family, friends and neighbors (and some lawn chairs) to the party! Feel free to pack a picnic basket and bring a cooler for the family. BYOB.
Tiny Bistro will have gourmet hot dogs and other concessions available, Kona Ice will also be there with refreshments. Cincinnati Circus will be providing a Bouncy House and games for the kids, and we’ll have free face painting for the kids as well.
A Health & Wellness Fair kicks off the event at 2 PM, with resources, information and swag provided by Caresource, the American Heart Association, 1N5, Council on Aging, and the Hamilton County Public Health Department among others. We will then introduce the members of our new Community Impact Team, an initiative we started this year for more community engagement with our Police Department and to promote wellness in the community. Come meet the officers and potentially climb on a Fire Truck! We’ll then have a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and dedication of our new Walking Path in the park!
At 4PM a DJ will add music to the mix, playing tunes and warming up the crowd for the start of our 6 PM FREE Concert in the Park, by 2nd Wind— Second Wind is a Cincinnati-based cover band known for high-energy jazz, R&B, Motown, and Top 40 music. They feature powerhouse vocals, keyboards, bass, guitar, percussion, and drums, providing concert-level performances. Come join us for the fun!

This funding aims to reduce lead paint hazards in homes built before 1978 and improve healthy housing conditions, such as ventilation and moisture control. The program is available to low-income families with a child under 6, a pregnant woman, or where a child under 6 spends time. Most participants incur no fees or out-of-pocket expenses. For more information, call our Lead Prevention line at 513-421-LEAD (5323).
