Our next application season opens in September, and now is the perfect time to start preparing for the journey to homeownership.

To help future applicants get ready, we’ll be hosting several New Homeowner Information Sessions throughout Wayne and Lenoir Counties. Attending one of these sessions gives you a head start with valuable information about the application process, qualifications, financial readiness, and what to expect along the way.

Whether you're helping support affordable housing through our ReStore or working alongside volunteers on a build site, you'll be making a meaningful impact in our community while developing valuable skills and experience.

All volunteer hours are tracked, and we're happy to provide a letter documenting your service for college, scholarship, or program applications.

Reminder! Our Construction Camp application deadline is quickly approaching, and we are still accepting applications!

This is an incredible opportunity for teens to explore hands-on careers in the skilled trades, connect with industry professionals, and gain real-world experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more.

We are especially excited about our partnership with the Home Builders Association of Wayne County to bring the Be Pro Be Proud NC experience to our community. This interactive experience is designed to introduce students to the many rewarding career opportunities available in the trades and inspire the next generation of skilled professionals.

The trades are essential to building strong communities and creating pathways to stable, successful careers and we can’t wait to help students discover those possibilities this summer!

While students across our community are in the middle of EOGs, we're reminded that success in the classroom starts long before a test is ever taken.
