The Board of County Commissioners are to hold a public hearing prior to the Dallesport Sewer Monthly Rate Increase. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 6:00 PM, in the Dallesport Community Center located at 136 6th Avenue, in Dallesport, Washington at which time any person may appear and be heard for or against the proposed rate increase to the monthly sewer rates for the period of September 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027. A zoom meeting will not be provided for this hearing.

The Southwest Washington Regional Transportation Council (RTC) is seeking community input as part of the update to the Coordinated Public Transit–Human Services Transportation Plan (CPT-HSTP) for Clark, Klickitat, and Skamania counties. The CPT-HSTP helps identify transportation needs and priorities for seniors, people with disabilities, low-income individuals and families, and others who may face challenges accessing transportation. The plan supports coordination among transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations to improve mobility throughout the region. We encourage you to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with others in your network who may benefit from or provide transportation services. Klickitat County has entered into Contracts CRP 376, CRP 377 & CRP 378 to repair various bridges throughout Klickitat County.
