This Thursday the 10th, Field Trip to Mt. Evans Home Health Care & Hospice. This agency serves the Colorado mountain communities of Jefferson, Clear Creek, Gilpin, & Park counties. Over the years, JCCoA has received several Senior Heroes nominations citing outstanding volunteers. This will be a great opportunity to tour and show our support for this great community resource. First, we will meet at District Attorney's Office (500 Jefferson County Parkway, Golden) as usual at 2PM for brief announcements, then head out. A bus will be provided by Seniors' Resource Center.
Transportation options: Take the SRC bus from the District Attorney's Office. Alternatively, you may drive there: 3081 Bergen Peak Drive, Evergreen, CO 80439

Tracy Kraft-Tharp, who represents District 29, Jefferson County. We anticipate other representatives. Bring questions, concerns and ideas. This is an excellent chance to be heard!
