It’s been a bit since I’ve actually posted, and not just shared a post from another page, but I gotta say, two local young men who we care for very much and think a lot of, have joined the military in the last couple of months.
Specifically, the Marine Corps…but I won’t hold that against them. (GO ARMY!)
I am, we are, as a family and in the community, so very proud of & grateful for them.
I don’t care what political side of the fence you’re on, and neither does either man/woman in a foxhole…whatever your duty “foxhole” may be…this country you have been blessed to be born in, or are now living in & enjoying the fruits of, only exists today, as flawed as she is, because of folks who stand ready to defend her people.
Not the government.
Not organizations or parties or opinions or celebrities or corporations…
We, the people. As beautifully diverse as we are.
So Godspeed, young men!
The majority of the people you & your families sacrifice so much for to defend & uphold freedom on our behalves, do stand behind you 100%, appreciate you greatly, and cover you in prayer, fervently.
