Main Street and surrounding neighborhoods will see heavy traffic today due to multiple community events, including:

• Goffstown Old Home Day
• Goffstown Public Library Book Sale
• St. Matthew’s Yard Sale
• Rotary Car Show
• Town-Wide Yard Sale

Please allow extra travel time and use caution, as there will be increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the day.

The Goffstown Police Department would like to remind residents that Main Street and surrounding neighborhoods will see heavy traffic this Saturday due to multiple community events, including:

• Goffstown Old Home Day
• Goffstown Public Library Book Sale
• St. Matthew’s Yard Sale
• Rotary Car Show
• Town-Wide Yard Sale

Please allow extra travel time and use caution, as there will be increased vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the day.

Road is still closed. Eversource crews are on scene and working on it. Please be patient. We will let you know as soon as we’re aware the road is open.

Tirrell Hill at Center Street will be closed due to Trees and wires down. Local residents you can access up to house #155 from Center.
Tree and wires are down at 157 Tirrell Hill.
From Back Brook Road: Tirrell at Elva Drive is closed.
Eversource has been contacted.

Today Goffstown PD held their DARE graduation for the 6th graders at MVMS. After the graduation the students have ice cream.

To finish the day a game of kickball was played with 6th graders vs Goffstown PD and school staff. To the kids’ surprise they lost yet again.
