If you are hoping to get a “Support Your Local Library” shirt, there are just a few days left to order! Orders are due Friday, June 5.
We are now taking donations for the annual Waterama Used Book Sale. New this year, we will accept donations on Mondays and Tuesdays only. This allows staff and volunteers to assist with donations and ensure that high quality items are being donated. Please note that we do not accept Bibles, dictionaries, hymnals, encyclopedias, Readers Digest or books that are worn, stained, mildewed, or contain handwriting or highlighting. Thank you in advance for your donations!
Summer is here and that means we have a full schedule of events planned for our Summer Reading Program! The Summer Reading Program kick off will take place on Monday, June 8 from 1-4pm for students going into grades K and up. At the kickoff event, participants will register, pick up their bag of supplies, and enjoy activities relating to this year’s theme: “Plant a Seed, Read”. Other events taking place in June include Paint Your Own Ceramic on June 16 for students going into grades K-4 (registration required), The Schiffelly Puppets on June 23 at 2:00 pm, and book bingo for students going into grades 5 and up on June 25 at 4:00 pm.
