Yampah Mountain High School Welcome to YMHS! Located in Glenwood Springs, CO and serving the students of the Roaring Fork, Garfield RE2, Garfield R16 & Aspen school districts.

Yampah is a unique alternative school, to learn more visit: www.ymhs.org The purpose of Yampah Mountain High School is to provide students with a personalized learning plan to meet their educational goals, to grow academically & to earn a high school diploma. We provide students the opportunity to become motivated, engaged learners in a small school environment with attention to the whole student.

Advisors support students in designing personalized learning plans that include: YMHS classes, independent study passages, community college classes, internships, service learning, work study and experiential & outdoor education

Exciting news! Today, CECE Coalition had the honor of presenting the Confluence Early Childhood Development Service District proposal to the Pitkin County Commissioners. We're thrilled to report that it was unanimously approved! Our sincere thanks goes to Commissioners Patti Clapper, Francie Jacober, Kelly McNicholas-Kury, Greg Poschman, and Jeffrey Woodruff.

As of today, all three counties (Garfield/Eagle/Pitkin) listed in the proposal have greenlighted it for an upcoming ballot measure. CECE Coalition will be conducting more research and polling this spring to determine whether we will go to ballot in November 2025 or 2026.
