We decided to open up the doors at the Food Pantry in Boyceville from 3pm-5pm this week on Wednesday afternoon for a special "Fresh Tomatoes only distribution." We will save what we need for Thursday Food Pantry distribution but this will enable us not to have any product go to waste. I am expecting 125 cases to be delivered. Mark your calendars for next Thurs June 4th. West CAP's Food Pantry will be receiving 125 cases of Tomatoes (type unknown but in a box about the size of a paper ream box). We will need to move them fast. So get your canning jars ready and freezer bags. Please note if you are coming in to just pick up produce on this day we still will need to weigh what you are picking up if not a normal food pantry shopping visit. Please spread the word.
