‼️⚠️BOLO – Owner Sought⚠️‼️ Incident on 6/4/26 5:09 p.m.

A dog was reported running in the area alone and unattented at intersection Cramer Avenue and Glen Avenue. **The dog is described as approximately 30 pounds, black in color with a white muzzle consistent with age, pointed upright ears, and wearing a blue collar.** The dog was involved in an attack to 2 dogs and once seperated ran off in the direction of Sanders Avenue!

I am attempting to identify and locate the owner to ensure the dog's welfare and confirm it has safely returned home along with vaccine information. If you recognize this dog or have any information regarding its owner, please contact my office at 518-688-1229.

➡️I would also like to remind pet owners that dogs are not permitted to roam at large. Loose dogs create safety concerns for the animals themselves, motorists, pedestrians, and other pets. We have seen an increase in incidents involving dogs running loose throughout the community, and owners are expected to maintain proper control and confinement of their pets.⬅️

Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in identifying this dog and helping us maintain a safe community for everyone.

🚨 MISSING DOG – CHEYENNE 🚨

Cheyenne is missing. She is very new to the household and is unfamiliar with the area, home, and people. She is wearing the harness shown in the photo.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: If you see Cheyenne, please DO NOT chase her and DO NOT call out to her.

She is currently in survival/flight mode, and chasing or calling to her may cause her to run farther away. Our goal is to keep her calm and close to her home base while a recovery plan is being coordinated.

📍 If you see Cheyenne, please report all sightings immediately with the location, direction of travel, and time seen.

Please share this post and help bring Cheyenne home safely.

**UPDATE** WE GOT HER! UPDATE LATER.

🚨 MISSING DOG – GLENVILLE 🚨 BOLO

Rory has been missing since February 9th from the Grayson Ave area. *Note* she has no tail.

She is constantly moving and doesn't stay in one spot very long. She slipped away during a transfer to rescue. She doesn't have a home she is familiar with in our area or any humans she knows here. She is in flight and survival mode.

Which is why this is
‼️ VERY IMPORTANT:
• Do NOT chase her
• Do NOT call out to her
• Do NOT attempt to approach.
Just call with sightings right away!

Please check your cameras if you think she could have passed your way.

We have had several baiting stations with cameras and several different-sized traps and she is very smart at avoiding everything.

Also some areas she was frequently along if she makes her way back.

Most sightings: 4:00 AM – 9:30 AM

**Update** he is safe and his traveling journey has come to an end and has safely been captured. Great job everyone who helped bring him to safety. Hope his next journey is one of not running away and protecting his family.

⚠️‼️BOLO‼️⚠️ DO NOT CHASE - JUST CALL AND REPORT SIGHTINGS!

Call the number on the poster. If the dog has been seen in the Glenville area you may also still call my office and leave a message and it will immediately be passed along to the appropriate parties. Sounds like heading back the way he came at this time and back away from Glenville. But this dog has no rhyme or reason for its path of travel that we are aware of anyway. He just keeps moving. Thank you!

UPDATE: WE GOT HIM! Story is on our page

UPDATE 12/15

People did an amazing job calling in sightings and just driving by and ignoring the dog and letting him be. We were able to not only locate him with the drone, but watched him on his journey. While keeping an eye on him, one of our ladies were able to get ahead of him and get food down in a few different places. I was able to watch him from the air and could see he stopped to eat at all three places. Now here is the strange part… after checking the bowls, he did not eat all of the food. He does not appear to be “starving”. We watched as he casually approached houses and seem to go up to the porch quick and turn around and continue down the road. This happened the entire length of Coy Rd. He ended up on Lake Desolation Road where he stopped again to eat a little. We left some cameras at some of the feeding stations to see if he circles back to them, but he doesn’t appear to have any desire to do that. We are curious to see if he makes his way back to Galway. I was able to get a good look at him and other than being dirty, he doesn’t look too bad. He definitely moves pretty good. We will continue to closely monitor him and try to help him. Please continue to call in any and all sightings. We will keep you as updated as we can. Thank you!

**Update** Dog was captured and now home!

⚠️‼️BOLO‼️⚠️ roughly 1245pm 11/21/25

There was report of a light colored poss golden/lab mix dog seen Vernon Blvd/Sacandaga Rd laying on side of road and when approached got up and went into the Scotia Sand and Gravel pits. Initially believe to have been hit by car but other possibility just an older dog with hip issues/arthritis. I searched the area best I could and didn't see him. The guys working in the pits also saw him about an hour ago prior climb up twds the road amd why laying down. But the caller said went back into pits and was unable to locate.
If you're missing your dog matching this description please send message or call 518.688.1229.
