Due to current and anticipated poor air quality, Flick Outdoor Aquatic Center and Roosevelt Outdoor Aquatic Center will be closed for the morning of Friday, July 17. Staff will reevaluate conditions at 10am to determine if it is safe to open later in the day.

Due to unhealthy air quality levels, Flick Outdoor Aquatic Center and Roosevelt Outdoor Aquatic Center will remain closed through at least 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 16.
We will re-evaluate conditions at 2 p.m. If air quality improves, Roosevelt may open at 4 p.m. and Flick may open at 5 p.m. Please check back for updates before visiting.

Flick Outdoor Aquatic Center has added more pre-season lap swim hours for you to enjoy!

💧 Tuesday, June 2: 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
💧 Wednesday, June 3: 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
💧 Thursday, June 4: 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Lap swim is included in your Park Center Health and Fitness membership (show your ID) or a daily fee of $7/$12 (resident/nonresident).

Please note, a few lanes will be reserved for staff training. Thank you for your understanding while our team prepares for opening weekend.

Flick Outdoor Aquatic Center opens with pre-season hours THIS WEEKEND!

☀️ May 23-25: 12-6 p.m.
☀️ May 26-29: Closed
☀️ May 30-31: 12-6 p.m.

Please keep in mind, these hours are weather dependent. 📞 All closures will be communicated through the Rainout Line: 847-724-3337. Enter extension 2 for Flick Outdoor Aquatic Center automated updates.

Glenview Park District reserves the right to cancel or close due to mechanical problems, low attendance or inclement weather including:

☀️ Any situation arises that would jeopardize the public health or safety of patrons in attendance.
☀️ The air temperature drops below 69 degrees.
☀️ If lightning and/or thunder is in the area, the pool deck will be cleared and will not reopen until no lighting or thunder has been present for 30 minutes. If conditions force two consecutive 30-minute closures, or an all clear has not been given for ninety minutes, the facility will be closed.
