Come to the Mending Café, where community and business experts will help you fix your textiles and develop your mending skills. Kids are welcome to come and play at the "Scrappy Crafts" table. We'll have refreshments and good vibes!

Cheltenham Township’s Environmental Advisory Council has named Elizabeth McGoran and CTLS as a Sustainable Cheltenham Award recipient!

Elizabeth, Head Librarian of our Elkins Park branch, has spearheaded system-wide sustainability initiatives including a switch to BPA/BPS-free receipt paper, a new Library of Things, and a puzzle swap. These efforts support Cheltenham’s goals of Healthy Living for All and Waste Reduction.

Join the Elkins Park Library and the Friends of High School Park for International Observe the Moon Night! 🌘🌗🌖🌕🌔🌓🌒

We'll start off at 7:00 PM with a talk by NASA Solar System Ambassador Ann Marie Schmiedekamp. Immediately following the talk, we will have two activities in the parking lot: moon viewing and crater creation. Bring your telescopes and enthusiasm for the cosmos and messy science!
