There will be a Military Recognition Ceremony on Saturday, July 4 at 8:00pm at Kiwanis Park during Shaler Township's Community Day.

Shaler Township would like to recognize those who are currently serving or who have served our country in the military. Recognition forms can be completed using the link below:

STATE CHAMPIONS! 🏆🥎

Congratulations to our Shaler Area Titans Softball Team on an incredible 10-0 victory over Abington Heights at Penn State University to win the 2026 PIAA Class 5A State Championship!

This team showed tremendous determination, teamwork, and Titan pride throughout an unforgettable postseason run. Thank you to our coaches, families, students, staff, alumni, and community for the amazing support every step of the way.

We are so proud of our Titans! 💙🤍

There is a swim meet tonight at Crawford Pool. The deep end and slide will close at 5:00pm.

Evening swim lessons will still take place.

🎆Community Tents 3:00pm-dusk
🎆Crawford Pool Bathhouse Dedication 6:30pm
🎆Uptown Rhythm & Brass Band 7:00pm
🎆Military Recognition Ceremony 8:00pm
🎆Fireworks by Pyrotecnico at dark (rain date: Sunday, July 5)

Note the following:
All cars must be out by 5:00pm if not staying for the fireworks.
No sparklers in the park.
Dogs are not permitted in the park during Township events.
