Today (Wednesday 9/9) is the last day of our summer hours (1-5), and tomorrow is the official start of FALL at the 🍁📚 On 9/10 our hours will switch to 3-7 and stay that way for the rest of the school year. We wanted to answer a few FAQ’s as we head into this new season and get ready to welcome in dozens and dozens of new friends! Good luck to all of our kiddos this week💛

We still have a few small additions to make—and some color to add—to the Matt Congdon Wellness Center, but our summer kiddos have already been able to test drive the new space! 💪

Not only do they have **top-of-the-line equipment** to utilize, but they also have our Executive Director, Molly, there to help them learn how to use it safely and properly. Molly is a certified personal trainer who hand-picked each of our new machines with our kids in mind, creating a space where they can build strength, confidence, and healthy habits as they learn and grow!

We’re so excited to see our kids making the most of this new space! 💛

What a fantastic first week of our 2026 Summer Reading Program! 📚✨

We practiced our reading, writing, and math skills, put our teamwork to the test with a STEAM paper chain challenge, explored the Youth Center, enjoyed delicious lunches, and spent time with both familiar faces and new friends. It was a busy, fun-filled week, and we’re so excited for all the learning and adventures still to come! 📝📚☀️

The weather was not cooperating this week for our cookout…so Anthony and Nate pivoted and organized a cook-IN! We were even able to utilize fresh dill and lettuce from our hydroponic grow tower for the meal🥬🪴🍔🌭 The dream team always makes it happen for our kids!
