Well our first BBQ competition of the season is in the books! The Montana BBQ Cook-Off is a favorite of ours. It was good to finally get out and compete after being off for our long winters in the Rocky Mountain Region. While I had disappointments of how I felt some of my entries were, it doesn’t matter what I think of the entry, judges can and do disagree. I liked my rib box the most which ended up being my lowest placing box. In the end I placed 5th overall out of 29 great pitmasters. I would like to thank my one and only sponsor Heath Riles BBQ for believing in us to be BBQ Ambassadors for them! Below is how we placed.
Chicken 🐓7th place

Pork 🐖 12th place
Brisket 🐮 8th place
Overall 5th place

Today, on Peace Officers Memorial Day, we pause to honor the men and women who gave their lives in the line of duty. This is personal for us as we have lost friends in the line of duty.

They stood in the gap when others ran from danger. They answered calls that most would never dare to face. Behind every badge was a person—a son, a daughter, a parent, a friend—who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.

We remember them not just for how they died, but for how they lived: with courage, commitment, and a willingness to serve something greater than themselves.
May we never forget their sacrifice. May we carry their legacy forward with honor.

We were very excited and honored to receive a call a couple of weeks ago wanting us to cater a wedding yesterday for 2 marines wanting to do a destination wedding in Wyoming and wanting our food who are currently stationed in the east coast. Without hesitation we said yes and made a menu they had requested and dreamed of. We want to thank them for their service to our county and for trusting us to cater their special day without ever having tried our food and knowing us. We wish you the best and thank you for serving our country.
