While a cranial helmet is a vital developmental tool for many infants, the associated costs can be a significant financial strain.

If TRICARE does not cover your child's cranial helmet, the Air & Space Forces Aid Society (AFAS) can help bridge the gap. Eligible Airmen and Guardians can apply for assistance to cover these expenses, ensuring your child receives essential care without the financial stress.

A cranial helmet can play an important role in a baby's development, but the cost can be challenging for military families.

AFAS helps eligible Airmen and Guardians cover the cost of cranial helmets when TRICARE doesn't, giving families one less thing to worry about while focusing on their child's care.
