Last week's Middle School Family Night provided families with an opportunity to connect, orient, and engage with the middle school community as we begin the new school year.

More than an informational evening, Family Night was an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build belonging, and create a shared partnership between families and the school. These early connections help ensure that students and families know they are welcomed, valued, and supported members of our middle school community.

This work reflects our commitment to the Mustang Way: Be Curious, Be Caring, Be Leaders, and our Living Ecosystem approach, which creates the conditions for students, families, and staff to connect, grow, and thrive together.

We are excited to welcome our Mustang families to Mustang Family Night on Thursday, August 27th at 5:30PM - 6:30PM! 🐴💙

This will be a great opportunity for parents and students to connect with their teachers and teams, hear important information about the school year, and learn how we can work together to support a successful year.

Families will also have the chance to explore the many clubs, activities, athletics, and extracurricular opportunities available at MMS. We want every Mustang to find a way to get involved, build connections, and make the most of their middle school experience.

¡Estamos muy emocionados de darles la bienvenida a nuestras familias Mustang a la Noche Familiar Mustang, este jueves 27 de agosto de 5:30 p. m. a 6:30 p. m.! 🐴💙

Esta será una excelente oportunidad para que padres y estudiantes conozcan y se conecten con sus maestros y equipos, reciban información importante sobre el año escolar y aprendan cómo podemos trabajar juntos para apoyar un año exitoso.

☕ Our first Cafecito brought families and students together to build relationships and reflect on the new school year. We introduced our "Stride Together" theme and explored the Mustang Way: Be Curious. Be Kind. Be a Leader. 💙🐴

Through open discussion and a Glows and Grows activity, we celebrated early wins, reviewed school expectations, and gathered feedback on how to better support our community. This input directly shapes our commitment to strengthening student experience, belonging, and family partnerships.

Join us for our next Cafecito as we continue working together to build a strong school community!
