"As of the writing of this article, the bridge project is not yet complete, however the bridge is in essence finished. There are still some minor things that need to be done. The overall project includes sidewalks and this is not complete quite yet but very close."

Three residents (that we know of, there may be more!) have been taking care of the weeds and overgrowth at the clubhouse. Landscaping is not in everyone's skills so we sure do appreciate them using their talents to help out the public space of the clubhouse. Thank you Jan McDonald, Ann Tucker and Roxane Davis!

Here is a quick refresher on our city fireworks rules:
​🗓️ Dates & Times: Permitted fireworks are allowed on July 3rd, 4th, and 5th from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. (Since the 5th is a Sunday this year, the fun starts at 12:00 noon that day!).
​🏡 Keep it at Home: All fireworks must be discharged on your own property. It is illegal to shoot them on streets or parks, or to let debris land on a neighbor's property.
​⚠️ Safety First: Never aim or throw fireworks where they could endanger people, pets, or property.
​🚫 No Local Sales: Commercial sales are prohibited within city limits, so be sure to buy before you arrive.
