State Track Rally

After a bit of investigation about the benefits of earthworms in the soil we ordered and placed our "helpers" in the garden. We first placed them in a slurry of peat moss, banana peels, coffee grounds, egg shells and water. We then placed them in their new home and told them to get to work!

The wind went down and the sun came out!!!! That was the perfect time for the fifth graders to grab supplies and head to the garden. So far they have planted onions, potatoes and carrots in the school garden.

This Teacher Appreciation Week, RACTC would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible teachers who make a difference in the lives of students every single day.

From in-person instruction to virtual education, our staff goes above and beyond to create meaningful opportunities for students across our region. They do far more than teach curriculum; they coordinate hands-on skill days, build strong industry partnerships, help students access job shadows, internships, and work-based learning experiences, and serve as outstanding advocates for Career and Technical Education and for RACTC as a whole.

We are truly blessed to have such a dedicated and talented team leading our programs and preparing students for their futures.
