The Glen Cove Republican Committee is excited to announce that it has chosen a slate of candidates for the November 2023 City Election. Party leaders have selected current Glen Cove Mayor, Pamela D. Pam is a lifelong Glen Cove resident and three-term City Council member who brings years of experience, community involvement, and enthusiasm to the ticket. Professionally, Pam is retired from the Lev
ittown School District where she taught for 34 years. She is known for her commitment and service to the community. Pam serves on multiple boards that are devoted to our veterans, senior citizens, and youth. Pam is an active parishioner, lector and fundraiser at St. Patrick’s Church, as well as a member of the Ladies Ancient Order of Hibernians and St. Rocco Rosary Society. She has been the chair of the ride ticket booth at the St. Rocco’s Feast for 10 years. Pam is active in Veteran Affairs and entrusted with the Ten-Year Veteran Monument Refurbishment program. Pam is also a member of the Veteran’s Council and Memorial Day Parade Committee. She is a member of the Glen Cove Hospital Auxiliary and Glen Cove Rotary as well as the Glen Cove Beautification Commission and a charter member of the community garden. Well known to Glen Covers and running for City Council on Team Panzenbeck are Grady Farnan, Roni Jenkins, Kevin Maccarone, Jack Mancusi, Barbara Bella Peebles, and Michael Ktistakis. According to Panzenbeck, “My team is a great group of experienced, multi-talented people who are extremely active in many different areas of the community. We love Glen Cove and are dedicated to its residents. All members of Team Panzenbeck look forward to serving our beautiful city!”
Current incumbent council members include: Grady Farnan, Kevin Maccarone, Jack Mancusi, and Barbara Peebles. Farnan, a lifelong resident of the city, is a Glen Cove high school graduate, a Finance major from Hofstra University, and an insurance specialist. Roni Jenkins is an award-winning Advertising Executive specializing in Digital Marketing and a "Hometown Hero" award recipient for her car parade endeavors during the pandemic. Kevin Maccarone is a Glen Cove attorney who served on the Glen Cove City Council. Jack Mancusi is a retired Glen Cove Police Sergeant and is currently a security consultant. Barbara Peebles, former Glen Cove Deputy Mayor, is presently the Clerk and Treasurer of the Village of Plandome. Michael Ktistakis is a lifelong Glen Cove resident, a big supporter of our public school system with two children in our schools, and owner of a local landscaping company. Panzenbeck describes her team as people who are optimistic, outgoing, and dedicated individuals who look forward to meeting all of you.
