The animal care staff caught Tuckahoe the sheep and Todd the turkey meeting yesterday at the fenceline! All the animals at the farm are accustomed to the sights and sounds of one another, and visiting wild species from the surrounding woods.

Emily, the Jersey cow, turned 10 years old yesterday!! Happy Birthday!!

Emily is a gentle giant who is always curious about what is going on around her. She is eager to earn treats during training sessions and enjoys back scratches from the animal care team.

During the heat of the summer, you can often find Emily and her pasture mate, Marigold, resting in the shade.

A Henrico Fourth: Crump Park has been cancelled due to the extreme heat and increasing potential for evening storms. The decision is made out of an abundance of caution for the safety of guests, performers, vendors, staff and others.
