We had a special visitor at the library last week! 🕷️ 📚

Area 13 year old author SeeleyJo Kelley-Franks stopped by to share her book, The Wonderful World of Spiders, with students from Glasco Grade School. She spoke about what inspired her to start writing, how she researched and organized her information, took her own photographs, and the process of publishing her book.

Students were excited to learn that her new book is now available on Amazon - what an incredible accomplishment at such a young age!

Thank you, SJ, for inspiring our young readers and writers. We're so proud to celebrate area talent in our community! 💜

We are so grateful to our amazing community for showing up and supporting our first Puzzle Race & meal! Your enthusiasm, participation, and generosity made the event a huge success.

Because of you, we were able to raise funds that will directly support our summer library program and other family-oriented events throughout the year. These programs mean so much to our community, and we couldn't do it without you.

🎟️ Blackstone Grill Raffle Starts TODAY!
Buy your tickets for a chance to win this amazing grill!! Drawing is Sunday, May 24th at Noon.

🧩 🍿 Puzzle Race starts at 3:00 today - we have popcorn from Solomon Valley Theater!

🍔 🥧 Meal will be served from 5:00-7:00 (Or until we run out)
🍔 🍰 We have pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, JoLynn's pasta salad, potato chips, and a variety of desserts.

Everything is FREE WILL DONATION. All proceeds benefit Glasco City Library programming. These funds help us host the summer program and a variety of other activities throughout the year!
