A HUGE Thank You to the Knights of Columbus - #5280 Gladwin, MI for helping us out in our time of need!
On Monday, our main kitchens exhaust fan died. With a possible two week repair window, our staff had to get creative on how to continue to get our 300+ meals each day out to the sites & people's homes.
After two days utilizing our smaller kitchen at Maple Manor, we reached out to the KofC Hall & they were happy to allow us to utilize their kitchen.
Today is the first day out at the KofC kitchen & our kitchen staff, Danielle & Julie, are getting things done! They said that they are greatful for the space to get our food prepped and out to the meal site on time!
We are so greatful for our staff and their ability to adjust, the KofC members who helped us get this coordinated, Lewis Brothers for all their help in getting our kitchen equipment repaired & our community at large for their continuing support of our programs.

MEAL SITES CLOSED TODAY - 9/21/26!
Our kitchen had an unexpected equipment failure that makes us unable to provide Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Meals today. We are making plans to utilize our other meal sites, so that we can remain open the rest of the week while the equipment is being fixed.
We thank you all for your understanding and ask any Home Delivered Meals clients to utilize their emergency meals provided for today.
