Last night we celebrated the incredible accomplishments of the Class of 2026 at our Senior Honors Reception. Through scholarships, awards, and recognitions, more than $89,000 were awarded to our our seniors in support of their future goals and continued success.

A special evening like this takes a tremendous amount of planning and teamwork, we are so grateful to everyone who helped make the night meaningful for our students and families!

Unfortunately our alert system is not working correctly. Here is some important information for families.

Due to expected storms during dismissal time, Gladwin Jr. High and High school will dismiss today at 2:40 PM. Gladwin Elementary and Intermediate School will dismiss at 3:05 PM.

Every year on their last day of school, our seniors make one final walk through each building in the district. It’s a special tradition that reminds us just how far they’ve come and the impact they’ve had along the way.

Gladwin Community Schools would like to inform families and community members that there will be a military funeral taking place near the high school around 11:00 a.m. today, including a 21-gun salute as part of the service.

The Gladwin Police Department is aware of the event, and there is no threat to student or staff safety. We wanted to share this information ahead of time so anyone who hears the ceremonial gun salute is not alarmed.

We appreciate the community’s understanding as we honor a veteran’s service.
