Attached is a list of areas off-limits to ORV and Snowmobile use.
Also, golf carts should not be used as a mode of transportation around the city for juvenile entertainment.

Gladstone Public Safety will be conducting Directed Patrols in the area of 29th Street, near the Cameron School and in the Industrial Park.
These patrols will start on Saturday, and continue through next Tuesday. They will be conducted at various times of the day and will specifically target illegal ORV use. (Use on 29th street from M35 to the water tower, speed, underage operators without adult supervision; just to name a few common violations).
Contrary to some opinions, and unfactual statements, stating GPSD is neglecting ORV enforcement, this is one of several Directed Patrols that have been held in this area over the last several years and is one of several tactics we have used.
The only difference this time is we are making you aware.

Tis’ the season for ORV use in the City of Gladstone….

Attached below is a summary of the City of Gladstone ORV ordinance. Please be advised ORV use is only allowed to access a trail system and certain roads/areas are off-limits.
ORV's are not to be used to drive/race around town, go to the grocery store, Doctors appointments, etc. Please do not ruin your ability to operate ORV's in compliance of the ordinance.
Also, operators under 16 must be supervised by an adult/parent.
