Growing Fire Sprinkler Company seeks Field Technician, for immediate hire. With over 25 years in business, we are currently looking to add competent and responsible individuals to our expanding workforce. We look to provide employees with the opportunity to succeed and grow with our company. Work is performed in all of New Jersey but provide more expedient services to the following counties: Bergen, Essex, Gloucester, Hudson, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Passaic, Salem, Somerset, Sussex, Union and Warren.
- -Looking for technician with experience in NFPA 13 & 25. NICET cert. a plus. minimum one year in service work & installation, but willing to train the right candidate. Must pass their NICET Certification level I 1st year
- Applicants should have a basic knowledge and/or experience with: - Mechanical piping; being able to identify fittings, sizes and types of pipes
- Preferably a technician with experience in Inspection, testing, & Maintenance.
- Experience with power tools and be able to travel for onsite jobs
- A willingness to learn and desire to succeed
- A strong work ethic and hardworking attitude
- The ability to present themselves professionally, especially on job sites and in front of customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written
- There is room for training, learning, and advancement
- Compensation is commensurate with experience and capability
- Willing to work OT, must have transportation, & clean driving record
