Giltner Residents: We have heard that there are lots of complaints about the noise in the early mornings. At this time, we don't have an ordinance in place about how early someone can start mowing or using a chainsaw or doing roof work. We will be discussing this at our next board meeting on June 8th. What would be a reasonable time to start things like that in the mornings? We would like to get your input on the subject.
