Customer Survey: City Hall Operating Hours

We are reviewing our City Hall Operating Hours and would appreciate your feedback. The major change would be a 4day work week. Water disconnects would be Monday-Wednesday leaving Thursday to make payments or payment arrangements to prevent shut-offs during a long weekend.

Current Operating Hours: M-F 8:00am-4:30pm closed Saturday&Sunday and Holidays

Proposed Operating Hours: M-Th 7:30am-6:00pm closed Friday-Sunday and Holidays
