Agency Mission Statement:
To strive to provide a voice and programs for the protection, care and welfare of all children in need. The Court Appointed Special Advocate Program (CASA) was established nationally and in the Sixth Judicial District of Wyoming because abused and neglected children are at risk of becoming lost in the court and social services systems designed to protect them. The CASA Pr

ogram serves children adjudged by the court to be in need of supervision, abused, neglected or otherwise in need of advocacy in the Sixth Judicial District Court of Wyoming. The CASA Program will recruit, screen, train and supervise community volunteers to serve as advocates for children in the Sixth Judicial District of Wyoming. Authority to provide services is established through agreements with the CASA Program, the County Attorney’s Office, the Wyoming Department of Family Services (DFS), and through state legislation. The Access and Visitation Program was established to assist children in the Sixth Judicial District who are at risk for a loss of relationship with one or more significant adult(s) in their lives by providing services that promote and sustain relationships with those adults in a safe and neutral environment. The Access and Visitation Program serves all persons under the age of eighteen in need of access services in the Sixth Judicial District. Services Provided

The Access and Visitation Program will recruit, train and supervise staff to monitor/supervise visitation and exchange as well as to provide other access services. Authority to provide services for the Access and Visitation Program is established through agreement with the Campbell County Circuit Court, the Sixth Judicial District Court, Department of Family Services, Supervised Visitation Network and families who agree to utilize the program.
