📚 WHAT A BOOK SALE! 📚
Thanks to our incredible community, the Friends of the Library Annual Book Sale saw a 20% increase in sales over last year, making it our second-highest sales year ever! 🎉

By the numbers:
📚 16,000+ items sold
🛍️ 390 bags sold on Bag Days
🍎 73 FREE bags given to local teachers & homeschoolers
📦 50+ boxes donated to local organizations after the sale
❤️ 33% increase in Friends memberships
🙌 67 volunteers
⏰ 347 volunteer hours

And the impact continued after the sale! Leftover books were donated to organizations throughout our community, including the Council of Community Services, YES House, Salvation Army, G.A.R.F., Boys & Girls Club, Campbell County Hospital, Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, VA, and a Little Free Library at the airport created as part of a local Eagle Scout project.

To everyone who shopped, volunteered, joined the Friends, donated, or helped spread the word—THANK YOU for making this year’s sale such a success! 📚❤️
