Good citizens of Mingo County,

I am extremely excited to be making this post! It’s been a long time coming, but I wanted to wait for the appropriate time. I believe Mingo has now certified the election, so here we go:

I first want to thank GOD and my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I’m beyond blessed to have this opportunity as the newly elected Mingo County Prosecutor. This would not have been possible without those blessings. I’m very humbled and grateful.

Also, thank you to all the voters! You made the effort to get out and cast your vote. Your voice was heard loud and clear! Thank you to my family, friends, and supporters!

A heartfelt thank you to Misty, my beautiful, amazing, and supportive wife. Misty as you know, you are my best friend and my ride-or-die, and I thank you for always loving me and supporting me. Thank you to our wonderful kids, Dakota, Sil, and Sky. I love you all so very much!

As Prosecutor, I will work tirelessly to make Mingo a safer place for the citizens and our children! As stated before, I will serve the people with honesty, transparency, honor and integrity.

I know what the citizens of Mingo expect from their Prosecutor, because you made that very clear throughout the campaign. As promised, I will aggressively prosecute criminals with a no-nonsense approach in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of prosecutor!

I want to be YOUR Prosecuting Attorney! I am Brock Mounts, and I was born and raised on Browning Fork of the Gilbert area in Mingo County, West Virginia. I am married to Misty Mounts, who is a Mingo County school teacher at Gilbert Pre-K8. We share three (3) children, Pryscilla, Skyler, and Dr. Dakota Mounts, who all graduated from Mingo Central High School.

Crime and drugs are destroying our children and communities, and Mingo County needs a Prosecutor who is willing to roll up their sleeves and go to work. I’ve always been a hard worker, in fact, I worked my way through college as a certified underground coal miner. I am the Republican Candidate that Mingo County needs to tip the Scales of Justice in our favor!

My Qualifications include the following:

🔺Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in McDowell County, West Virginia

My Platform is as follows:
