PSD 401 Parents Against David Olson for WA Superintendent David Olson currently serves on the PSD School Board. We, the parents in the district, know that he does not give a sh*t about our kids' well-being.

BIPOC, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse, and differently-abled children especially are not safe in PSD schools.

"I've been seeing these surveys... it's the same results year over year over year... it depends on did they get up on the wrong side of the bed that morning or get into a car accident or are they just making it up?"

In regard to surveys about student belonging, even pre-pandemic, the PSD results have been low. Students aren't "making it up" - just in a district where those on the board think DEI is "horrible stuff."

Our experience is that he does NOT listen to parents or kids! He accuses kids of lying in school board meetings when he doesn't like the results of surveys given. And he certainly hasn't listened to the parents that have spoken over and over about HIB (Harassment, Intimidation, Bullying) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) which he "banned" at PSD.
